Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing me as your wedding videographer. To ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the agreement, please review the following terms and conditions carefully:


Booking and Payment

a) A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding day. The booking fee amounts is 50% of the initial total, packages can be changed up until 4 weeks before the wedding.


b) Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash

c) If the final payment is not received within 4 weeks, the videographer reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the booking fee.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

a) If the client wishes to cancel the booking, they will not be required to pay the remaining balance. However if the client wishes to cancel within 4 weeks of the wedding, there will not be a refund.

b) If the wedding is rescheduled, the videographer will make every effort to accommodate the new date subject to availability.

c) In the unlikely event that the videographer is unable to attend the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to find a replacement videographer. If this is not possible, all payments made will be refunded in full.


Coverage and Editing

a) The videographer will use professional equipment to capture the wedding, and will make every effort to deliver high-quality footage.

b) The videographer will have creative control over the footage captured and the final edited video.

c) The final edited video will be delivered within 6-9 weeks of the wedding date.


Copyright and Usage

a) The copyright of all footage captured and the final edited video remains with the videographer.

b) The client may share the final edited video on social media and with family and friends,

c) The client may not sell or license any footage captured or the final edited video without the prior written consent of the videographer.


Liability and Indemnity

a) The videographer will take reasonable care to ensure that all equipment is in good working order and will operate it in a safe and responsible manner.

b) The videographer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the equipment or the services provided.

c) The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the videographer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any third-party claims in connection with the services provided.


By booking the wedding videography services, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
